Champion Builder ($1,000 – $1,499)
Culture Architects. You help us develop championship-level environments, impacting 100–250 athletes.
Captain Circle ($500 – $999)
Mindset Shapers. Your gift builds the confidence and mental toughness of 50–100 athletes.
Starter Circle ($100 – $499)
Youth Development Advocates. You step in to support the growth of 10–50 athletes.
Rookie Leader ($1 – $99)

At Lead 'Em Up Initiative, we want your giving to be as personal as it is powerful.
General Fund
All donations under $2,500 go directly into our General Fund. These funds are distributed as scholarships to schools and teams with the highest demonstrated need.
Gifted Funds
For donations of $2,500 or more, you have the option to "gift" your donation to a specific team, school, or community. You name the program; we provide the training.
