Developing people into the leaders needed to WIN on the field, in the classroom, and in life. By providing direct grants and access to our curriculum, the Initiative ensures every team has the opportunity to build a culture of excellence.

For 10 years, Lead Em Up has been the gold standard in athletic leadership across 3,000 programs and 40,000 athletes. We have seen firsthand how access to high-quality leadership coaching can alter the trajectory of a student's life.

However, access has historically been limited by program budgets. The Lead Em Up Initiative was founded to completely close that gap. We believe that character and leadership training should not be a luxury reserved for the few, but a foundational tool provided to every student-athlete, regardless of their zip code.
