1. 501(c)(3) Status & Tax Deductibility

Lead 'Em Up Initiative is a Maryland-incorporated 501(c)(3) non-profit.

Donations: Contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Receipts: An official tax receipt will be sent to the email address provided at the time of the donation.

Goods & Services: Unless otherwise stated, no goods or services were provided by Lead 'Em Up Initiative in exchange for your contribution.

2. Recurring Donation Agreement

By opting into a recurring donation, you authorize Lead 'Em Up Initiative to charge your payment method on a scheduled basis.

Modification: You may cancel or change your donation frequency at any time by logging into your Lead 'Em Up account or contacting our support team.

Refunds: Donations are generally non-refundable under Maryland law, except in cases of documented processing errors.

3. User Accounts & Registration

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Lead 'Em Up Initiative reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maryland.
